Job Title: Team Leader – Personal Finance (with own team)

We are a growing financial services company in the UAE, committed to providing top-tier personal finance solutions to our clients. We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader with their own team, specializing in personal finance sales, to join our leadership ranks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage your existing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Drive business development initiatives in personal finance products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other retail banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank guidelines and company policies.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor team performance and provide training, guidance, and support.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in personal finance sales in the UAE.
• Must have an existing team with prior experience in UAE personal finance sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
