Sales Engineer for Aluminium Industry
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in the aluminium industry as a Sales Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, system integrators, and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical know-how and commercial acumen, particularly from candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and 5+ years of field experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building : Identify and develop strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable automation solutions. Proposal Development : Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals. Sales Cycle Management : Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical presentation, quotation, negotiation, and closing. Market Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products, market trends, and industry developments. About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer who can meet or exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial automation or related sectors (mandatory) Good understanding of automation systems (PLC, SCADA, VFDs, industrial sensors, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, etc.) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
