Job Description
Provide frontline application support to users across retail, hospitality, and back-office operationsLead and assist with LS Retail implementations and rollout of integrated solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in Dynamics NAV / Business Central and LS RetailSupport retail inventory management processes and workflowsConduct training and provide functional documentation for end usersCollaborate with technical teams to enhance system performance and usabilityPerform data analysis and reporting using Power BI and ExcelExecute SQL querying for data validation and insight generationCustomize, test, and support solutions in C# and LS Retail frameworks Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related discipline3+ years of experience in LS Retail, Dynamics NAV/BC support or implementationStrong grasp of retail operations, hospitality workflows, and ERP business processesTechnical proficiency in SQL querying, C#, Power BI, and advanced ExcelExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsPrior experience in retail and inventory management systemsExperience supporting multi-site rolloutsFamiliarity with LS Retail architecture and hospitality add-ons preferred, Naukrigulf, BALMAIN PARIS L.L.C
