Job Description
Design, deploy, and maintain VoIP and PBX systems including 3CX, Avaya IP Office/Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SIP trunks, VoIP call flows, codec negotiation, and voice routing.Design, implement, and maintain IVR systems, call flows, and call routing logic tailored to business needs.Work with business teams to gather IVR requirements and translate them into efficient, user-friendly voice menus and call trees.Monitor and troubleshoot telecom systems for call quality issues, dropped calls, jitter, and latency.Integrate telecom solutions with CRM/helpdesk systems where applicable.Manage telecom service providers and vendors for provisioning, escalations, and maintenance.Document system architecture, call flows, configurations, and standard operating procedures.Stay up to date with telecom technologies, compliance, and security best practices.Provide user support, training, and handle telecom-related service requests and escalations. 3–5 years of proven experience in telecom engineering or VoIP system administration.In-depth knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and PBX systems.Good understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, NAT, VLANs, QoS, and traffic shaping.Familiarity with telecom monitoring systems and reporting tools.
