Employment OverviewJob Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > HospitalityFunction: Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality / TravelGender: AnyCandidate Nationality: AnyJob Type: Full-time What You ll Do * Supervise valet and transportation team, including scheduling, training, and performance management* Oversee daily valet operations, ensuring efficient vehicle flow and proper parking procedures* Maintain a professional door presence and provide courteous assistance to all guests* Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction* Implement and enforce safety protocols; conduct regular safety inspections* Monitor and manage valet-related equipment and supplies* Keep accurate operational records, including revenue, vehicle logs, and incident reports* Coordinate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences, including VIP arrivals and special events* Conduct quality inspections and implement service improvements as needed* Monitor expenses and revenues, identifying ways to optimize costs and increase revenue* Communicate effectively with security regarding unattended or suspicious vehicles Ideal Profile * 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or premium valet/transportation service* Proven leadership skills in managing valet and transportation staff* Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest protocols* Familiarity with traffic management, parking systems, and safety compliance* Valid UAE driving license with a clean record; experience handling luxury vehicles preferred* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail* Professional communication and interpersonal abilities* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and late hours Why Join UsWaldorf Astoria is part of Hilton, a global leader in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality > Hospitality.
