Job Description

Job Summary:

Go Kite Travel and Tours LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Inbound Travel Consultant to join our Head Office in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a strong background in UAE inbound tourism, and proven skills in vendor contracting and negotiation. You will also be responsible for handling and converting inbound leads and CRM queries into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and design customized inbound travel packages for individual and group travelers visiting the UAE.
• Respond promptly to CRM-generated inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings and sales.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized travel solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other local vendors.
• Negotiate competitive rates and contract terms with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage end-to-end booking processes, confirmations, and service coordination.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service before, during, and after travel.
• Keep updated on UAE tourism trends, new attractions, and local experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any service-related issues efficiently.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound travel consultancy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus).
• Strong experience in contracting and negotiating with local vendors.
• Proficiency in handling CRM systems and converting leads into sales.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE tourist attractions, accommodations, and local logistics.
• Familiarity with travel software and systems including various booking portals
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month, Glassdoor, GO KITE TRAVEL AND TOURS
