Job Description
Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, coffee, and creating memorable experiences?
The Exile is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our team and help us raise the bar in Al Ain’s café and entertainment scene.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and team spirit.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and adherence to health & safety standards.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and provide solutions on the spot.
• Support management in implementing new initiatives, promotions, and events.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and passion for teamwork.
