Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Talent Folder, we strive to deliver top-tier HR outsourcing and consulting services. As our services are customized and B2B in nature, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Service-Based Policy

Due to the nature of HR, compliance, payroll, and talent acquisition services, once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared, refunds are not applicable.

2. Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@talentfolder.com at least 7 days before the scheduled project start or service renewal.
  • For monthly retainer services, cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.
  • Cancellation before service commencement where no resource allocation or work has started.
  • Service not delivered as agreed due to internal fault, subject to review.

All refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • One-time consultations
  • Documentation and compliance advisory
  • Third-party fees paid on behalf of clients (e.g., government filings, background checks)
